All Primary, Secondary Schools to Break on This Date to Allow For General Elections to Take Place
All primary and secondary schools across the country are stipulated to go for a break in a solemn quest to allow the highly coveted August 9th 2022 general elections to take place.
According to at today’s publication of the Daily Nation, all primary and secondary schools will go for a term two half term break on the 6th day of August 2022 to give space for the forthcoming general elections to take course.
The one week break will elapse on the 13th day of August, 2022 before learners resume to their distinguished learning institutions to proceed with the curricular activities for the remainder of the term 2 of the 2022 academic year.
The break with be occasioned by the fact that a myriad of public primary and secondary schools will be used as polling stations and tallying centres by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission during the contentious August general elections
