Documents Required In TSC Interviews For Primary and Junior Secondary Intern Teachers
In an effort to fill staffing deficits in public primary and secondary schools, the Teacher Service Commission (TSC) decided to hire teachers through an internship and P&P program both in junior secondary school and primary. In this initiative, intern teachers will be employed to serve alongside permanent employees who are eligible for pensions. Despite the fact that both groups carry out the same teaching duties, teacher interns receive substantially smaller monthly benefits than their permanent colleagues.
