Most Primary school teachers have completed their studies and earned Diplomas and some degrees.The Latest move from the Teachers’ Service Commission’s for them to teach in secondary schools has left them smiling.
TSC Boss Dr. Nancy Macharia says that posting letters have been issued to them to teach in Kenya’s secondary schools today.

Dr. Nancy Macharia today confirmed that letters have been issued to eligible teachers and they are expected to report at the new stations soon.
Macharia further states that the teachers who have been deployed are qualified and meet all the requirements for teaching in secondary schools.
She says the teachers hold Bachelor of Education degrees and are therefore suitable to teach in secondary school.
My Teachers Service Commission’s move to deploy primary school teachers in secondary schools will be of great help as it will help in bridging the shortage of teachers which is being experienced for many years.
