School head then signs a three-copied admission casualty form.
It is then a responsibility of the head of school at the school submit an online form for teacher casualties.
This is however possible after the TMIS website has been updated with the teacher’s information.
TSC sub-county education director’s office is in charge of updating the teacher data on the Tmis portal.
This also happens once a hard copy casualty form from the institution has been received.
At this point, now it is possible for school’s head to sign an online casualty form when the sub-county director’s office updates data on the Tmis portal.
