As part of improving staffing in schools, the teachers service commission TSC  has advertised additional 450 internship vacancies in secondary schools.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION 

Inorder for a candidate to qualify for recruitment, TSC has set the following minimum requirements;

•  Must be a Kenyan citizen
• One must be a holder of a Degree or Diploma Certificate
• One must be a registered teacher with the Teachers Service Commission.

TSC internship vacancies

ADDITIONAL TSC REQUIREMENTS FOR TEACHER INTERNS.

A part from the above qualifications,  an applicant for TSC Teacher Internship vacancies must at the time of application meet the following extra qualifications;

• The teacher should not have been in previous employment with the Teachers Service Commission as a teacher under  permanent terms.
• The teacher must have a Personal Accident Insurance to cover for personal risks during the internship period.

IMPORTANT NOTE

TsC Teacher Internship Programme is a one (1) year programme meant to equip and sustain competencies of persons entering the teaching service.

TSC internship programme targets unemployed registered teachers.
