How to Apply for TSC Number
The TSC number can be found on the TSC website by clicking on the teacheronline (dot) tsc (dot) enter (dot) ke / Regintro (dot) aspx
The application portal will ask you to upload scanned copies of the following documents:
Your national identity card and passport if not available
Copy of latest police clearance certificate (good conduct)
GP 69 Medical Letter – This is a medical examination completed by a qualified doctor. In accordance with TSC guidelines, this medical letter must be completed by an approved health practitioner.
Academic Records – The portal accepts one entry only in academic records. Candidates must merge all academic certificates into one document before uploading it on the portal.
Kenya Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) pin certificate.
If the name on your ID card is different from your academic credentials, an affidavit must be included. (ruler)
