When you are getting started with education courses in Kenya you might be a little confused as to which combination of subjects you should take in education.
This article will guide you through some TSC marketable subject combinations in Kenya today.
Every year, the Teachers Service Commission publishes an advertisement for replacement of teachers who have dropped out of teaching service, perhaps through retirement or natural retirement.
In addition, the government may, from time to time, provide funds to the TSC for the recruitment of teachers, called mass recruitment of teachers.
The terms of recruitment can be permanent and pensionable, and sometimes on contract basis. Teachers serving on contract basis are generally given priority in interviews when teacher jobs are announced on permanent basis.
Before enrolling for any secondary school education, you must have secured at least a C+ in KCSE and an average grade of C+ in the combination of the two subjects you wish to pursue.

It is worth noting that getting a teaching job with TSC depends on three factors;
