TSC New Requirements & Guidelines For Teachers Taking PGDE Course 2022
This is a course (Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) that gives opportunity to students who pursued either bachelor of education arts or bachelor education science to become teachers.
It is offered in various universities across the country.
What are the new TSC Requirements to study Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE)
As per to the teachers Service Commission, it is important to meet set minimum requirements by the commission so as not to find yourself in an awkward situation after completing your PGDE course.
According to TSC, in order for one to pursue PGDE, the following minimum requirements must be met:
- Bachelor of education arts.
- Bachelor education science.
- KCSE Mean grade C+(Plus).
- At least C+ (plus) in the two teaching Subjects.

It should be noted that the TSC recruitment score sheet for graduate, degree BA + PGDE or BSC + PGDE and master degree teachers is the same.
